2013 Fantasy Football Auction Draft Tips: Tip #3

Auction Draft Tip #3: Own The Draft

"I am the greatest, I said that even before I knew I was."
Muhammad Ali

What a great quote... Apply that type of confidence into your 2013 Fantasy Football Auction Draft Strategy this year and you will have success. Muhammad Ali type confidence will encourage you to stick to your guns (or player rankings) and trust yourself when the clock is ticking so you don't back down with fear. I learned quickly in my first fantasy football auction draft a couple years ago, that fear or lack of confidence will kill you in the draft. The most successful auction drafters usually have a couple things in common, they have a game plan heading into the draft, they trust their rankings, they adjust their rankings during the draft and they are usually the ones who own the draft.

Fantasy Football Beasthouse Definition:

Owning The Draft - A team owner who perfectly executes his draft plan while capitalizing on all opportunities presented by poor picks and selections of other owners.

In summary for Auction Draft Tip #3 head into your auction draft with the confidence of the great Muhammad Ali and strike fear in your opponents eyes while remaining calm and executing your game plan and you will OWN THE DRAFT!
